on 5 November 2009 that Franklin Templeton Institutional LLC ("Franklin") now
has a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in Franklin
holding a total of 13,284,659 ordinary shares representing approximately 11.08%
of the issued share capital and votes of the Company.
As at 5 November 2009, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
