Holdings in Company
The Company announces that on 3 November 2009, Pertemps Investment Limited
("PIL"), a member of the NGH Concert Party, acquired 2,222,640 shares from Paul
Doona, the Company's former finance director. PIL is now interested in
7,634,910 ordinary shares.
Following this transaction PIL's holding has increased from 8.26% to 11.65% of
the Company's issued share capital and the NGH Concert Party's holding has
increased from 76.32% to 79.71%. Paul Doona no longer has a notifiable holding
