on 23 October 2009 that as at close of business on 22 October 2009 Franklin
Templeton Institutional LLC ("Franklin") had a beneficial interest in the
Company's shares that resulted in Franklin holding a total of 12,964,659
ordinary shares representing approximately 10.81% of the issued share capital
and votes of the Company.
As at 23 October 2009, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
