following the placing of Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 September 2009 pursuant to the general
meeting of the Company on 23 September 2009, it holds a notifiable interest in
6,750,000 Ordinary Shares.
The beneficial owner of the holding of 6,750,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
9.18% of the Company's total voting rights of 73,548,641, is Gartmore Fledgling
Trust plc.
