Notifiable Interest
The Company received notification on 16th September, 2009 that Al Rajhi Holdings
W.L.L. has increased its holding in the Company to 14,526,728 ordinary shares
representing 9.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.
In conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company
notifies the market of the following:
The issued share capital of the Company consists of 156,370,302 ordinary shares
of EUR0.01 each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
The above figure of 156,370,302 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
