Friday 21 August 2009 - NEOVIA FINANCIAL Plc (LSE: NEO), received notification
on 20 August 2009 that as at close of business on 19 August 2009, following
disposals, Standard Life Investments Ltd had a beneficial interest in the
Company's shares that resulted in Standard Life Investments Ltd holding a total
of 5,398,598 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.5% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
As at 20 August 2009, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
