IFR Capital PLC (AIM: IFR), the holding company focused on consolidation
opportunities in the European food retail sector, was informed on 18 June 2009,
that Volkhard Otto Mett, a non-executive Director of the Company, had acquired
3,014,533 ordinary shares in the Company for a price of EUR 0.13 per ordinary
share.
Accordingly, on 18 June 2009, Volkhard Otto Mett became and remains the director
holder of 3,149,533 ordinary shares representing 0.7 per cent. of the total
voting rights of the Company.
