IFR Capital PLC (AIM: IFR), the investment company focused on consolidation
opportunities in the European food retail sector, was informed on 17 June 2009,
that Heiner Kamps, the Company's Chief Executive Officer had acquired 6,341,463
ordinary shares in the Company for a price equivalent to EUR0.25 per ordinary
share.
Accordingly, on 17 June 2009, Heiner Kamps became and remains the director
holder of 112,046,419 ordinary shares representing 26.5 per cent. of the total
voting rights of the Company.
