The Board of Abbeycrest announces that on 1 June 2009, the Company was notified
by Michael Lever that on 14 May 2009, Mr Lever sold 250,000 Ordinary Shares of
10p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and on 19 May
2009, Mr Lever sold a further 250,000 Ordinary Shares. Following these
transactions, Mr Lever now controls 3,458,900 Ordinary Shares, representing
12.08% of the Company's total voting rights of 28,623,641.
