The Board of Abbeycrest announces that on 30 March 2009, the Company was
notified by Michael Lever that on 26 March 2009, Mr Lever sold 600,000 Ordinary
Shares of 10p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this transaction, Mr Lever now controls 3,858,900 Ordinary Shares,
representing 13.48% of the Company's total voting rights of 28,623,641.
