Notification of Major Interests in Shares
The Company was today notified that, on 11 December 2008, ECF Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of The Euro-China Fund,
L.P.) purchased 33,333 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £3.00 per share.
As a result of this transaction, The Euro-China Fund, L.P., which also has a beneficial interest in the holdings of FE Special
Investments Limited, now has a total beneficial interest in 434,843 ordinary shares representing 9.49% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
