935,750 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the
Company ("Shares"), the interest in Shares of Guinness Peat Group plc and its subsidiary
companies ("GPG") now comprises 3,454,594 Shares,
representing approximately 7.997% of the Company issued ordinary share capital.
