The Company was notified on 29 July 2008 that FMR LLC, the parent holding
company of FIL Management & Research Company (FMRCO), investment manger for US
mutual funds and FIL Management Trust Company (FMTC), a US state chartered bank
which acts as a trustee or investment manager of various pension and trust
accounts, no longer maintains a notifiable interest in the issued share capital
of the Company.

term funding solutions, loans administration and IT support services in two
specific sectors:
1. The legal disbursements market;
2. Property based bridging and development market.

entering this area.
