Network Data announces that on 28 July 2008, it was informed that Richard Griffiths, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 70,000
ordinary shares of 10p each in Network Data ("Ordinary Shares") on 25 July 2008 at an average price of 11.6p each.
Following the purchase, Richard Griffiths is interested in 22,237,130 Ordinary Shares representing
78.67 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
The Company also announces that Ivan Elliott, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares on 24 July 2008 at
13p each.
Following the purchase, Ivan Elliott is interested in 141,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.50 per cent. of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
