Holding in Company
As a result of the allotment of 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company for cash
at a price of 22 pence per share announced earlier today, the Company has
received notification from Jon Coates, an employee of Company, that he now has
a beneficial interest in 300,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each representing
4.26 per cent of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
