Notification of Interests
The Company has today been informed that, as a result of a purchase yesterday of
16,300,000 million shares at 5p Baymont Developments Limited hold 31,800,000
ordinary 1p shares in the Company, representing 28.64% of the issued share
capital on the basis that there are 111,000,000 shares in issue.
The Company has also today been informed that Resourceworks Plc no longer holds
any shares in Nettworx plc and that the Royal Bank of Canada no longer holds
any shares in Nettworx plc.
