The Company received a notification on 5 December 2007 from MF Global UK Limited
stating that MF Global UK Limited has an interest in and is the registered
holder of 30,231,177 ordinary shares which represents 4.10% per cent* of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of
737,328,000 ordinary shares.
