Holding in Company
The directors of the Company have been notified that John Ridley has today
purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the share capital of the Company
at a price of #10.50 per share. Following this transaction, Mr Ridley has a
beneficial interest in 50,802 ordinary shares, representing 5.08 per cent of the
Company's issued share capital.
