Blueheath Holdings PLC (the "Company") was notified on 29 May 2007 that RIT
Capital Partners plc ("RIT") has disposed of 8,707,600 Ordinary Shares in the
Company. Settlement of this transaction is not due to occur until 4 June 2007.
RIT has also notified the Company that it has voted in favour of all resolutions
to be proposed at the EGM of the Company to be held at 11.00am on 1 June 2007
as it irrevocably committed to do.
Prior to this transaction RIT was interested in 8,707,600 ordinary shares of 1
pence each ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 6.07 per cent. of the
existing share capital of the Company.
Following this disposal, RIT does not have any interest in the share capital of
the Company.
