companies, informed the Company on 15 March 2007, that as at 2 March 2007, it
had an interest in 2,080,368 ordinary shares of 5p each in the company
("Ordinary Shares"). This shareholding represents approximately 8.69 per cent.
of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
Of the 2,080,368 shares that AXA S.A. has an interest in 16,000 Ordinary Shares
representing a beneficial interest and 2,064,368 Ordinary Shares representing a
non-beneficial interest.
