business on 25 September 2006, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. ("GS Inc.") was
interested in 5,860,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing
approximately 9.46% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, arising from
a beneficial interest held by Goldman Sachs International, a wholly-owned
indirect subsidiary of GS Inc.
