West Pioneer Properties Limited (AIM:WPR) announces that it was today informed that, following recent purchases of 4,100,000 and 50,000 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Faithful Century Limited is interested in 4,175,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.22 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
