This notification reports the change in legal ownership of the ordinary
shares of Hochschild Mining plc ("Shares") by entities indirectly controlled
by Eduardo Hochschild following an internal reorganization. In that reorganization,
on December 30, 2014, 16,905,066 Shares held by ASPI were transferred
to Farragut and immediately transferred to Pelham, which already had
an interest in 182,415,206 Shares. ASPI, Farragut and Pelham are indirectly
controlled by Eduardo Hochschild. There has been no change in the indirect
interest of Eduardo Hochschild in Hochschild Mining plc shares.
