SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Hill International Inc. said Monday it
entered into an agreement with Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Co. and Egyptian
Natural Gas Co., subsidiaries of the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum, to form a
new joint venture company to provide project management services for oil and gas
projects in the Middle East and Africa.
Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.
The new company, Hill International Petrol (Egypt) Ltd., will be owned 50%
by Hill and 50% by the Ministry of Petroleum's subsidiaries.
Shares of Marlton, N.J.-based Hill rose 10 cents to $12.72.
