LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Computer group Hewlett-Packard Co said it has
completed its tender offer for software company Opsware Inc and expects to
complete the 1.6 bln usd deal in the "next several days".
HP said it received about 104.2 mln shares, representing about 96 pct of
Opsware's outstanding shares, by Friday's deadline.
