Hewlett Packard Vision B.V, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard Company (HPQ) said Tuesday that as at 1200 GMT on Sept. 12 it had received valid acceptances from Autonomy shareholders in respect of 101.58 million shares, or 41.62%, and has extended the offer until 0900 GMT Oct. 3.

Autonomy shares at 0740 GMT up 4 pence, or 0.2%, at 2521 pence valuing the company at GBP6.15 billion.
