Team from Schwab Enterprise to Join Company's Financial Services Practice
CHICAGO, April 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (NASDAQ:HSII), the world's premier executive search and leadership consulting firm, today announced the addition of the executives of Schwab Enterprise, a boutique firm specializing in executive placement for the hedge fund industry, to the company's roster of search consultants.
Schwab Enterprise, LLC, based in New York City and led by founder Claude Schwab, has developed a specialization serving the recruitment needs of leading hedge funds as well as publishing career guides and studies on compensation in the hedge fund industry. Joining Heidrick & Struggles from Schwab Enterprise are Claude Schwab and Solan Schwab, as well as Tina Hsiung and Rachael Timinsky.

Claude earned an MBA from The Wharton School, a master's degree from Columbia University, and a bachelor's degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania.
Solan Schwab, 38, joins Heidrick & Struggles as a Principal. While at Schwab Enterprise, Solan focused on senior level infrastructure and investment professional hedge fund searches. Solan earned a J.D. with honors from Georgetown University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago. Prior to his career in executive search, Solan practiced law for six years in the mergers and acquisitions department at Skadden Arps.
Hsiung, 28, and Timinsky, 26, join Heidrick & Struggles as an Engagement Manager and a Senior Associate, respectively.
