(NASDAQ:HSII), the world's premier executive search and leadership consulting firm, today announced that Guy McLeod has joined the firm as a Principal in the Industrial Practice, specializing in the airline and aviation specialty sectors, and based in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
McLeod joins Heidrick & Struggles from Airbus where most recently he was President and COO of Airbus North America Sales. Since joining that company in 1995 he has held numerous leadership positions, including Senior Vice President, Head of Asset Management and President -- Airbus China. Prior to that, he was a Captain in the British Army with postings in Hong Kong, Brunei and Northern Ireland.
McLeod is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy (Sandhurst) and holds a BEng (Hons) in chemical engineering from Edinburgh University.
