LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Hawtin PLC said its shareholder Lawrence Drizen
sold his entire holding of around 9.91 mln shares representing 13.81 pct of the
company's issued share capital.
The property company said the entire shareholding was acquired by Esther
Sarah Drizen.
