HCP Financial Chief to Join BioMed Realty as President

HCP Inc. Chief Financial Officer Timothy Schoen will leave in
May to become president of real-estate company BioMed Realty.
Mr. Schoen, who joined HCP in 2016 and has held his current post
since 2011, will stay on through May 22 to oversee the company's
first-quarter earnings release, the real-estate investment trust
said Monday.
HCP has hired executive search firm Spencer Stuart to lead the
search for a successor.
"We have a detailed transition plan in place and are grateful
that Tim will remain in his position for the next two months to
help us with the process," Chief Executive Lauralee Martin said in
a statement.
