ZURICH (Thomson Financial) - Gurit Holding AG said it will sell its
Swiss-based Winter Sport business to France's Socrep for a low single-digit
million Swiss francs sum.
Gurit said a similar sum will be required for additional restructuring
costs.
Gurit added that strategic solutions are being sought for the successful and
profitable production of sintered running bases -- a coating allowing for the
smooth running of skis or snowboards --located in Vreden, Germany.
