Retirement of Director

Gresham House notifies that Duncan Abbot, the Finance Director and Company Secretary, has advised the Company of his intention to retire from the Board of the Company and resign as Company Secretary with effect from 31 December 2015.

As part of an orderly transition to his successor Duncan will continue to oversee the Company's finance function, including the completion of the 2015 accounts, as an executive of the Company until 30 June 2016. The Company has commenced the process for the appointment of a new Finance Director and will provide further updates when appropriate.
