Kevin Acton Appointed Finance Director

Gresham House plc ("Gresham House"), the specialist asset manager, is pleased to announce that Kevin Acton will join the Company as Finance Director with effect from 6 June 2016.

Kevin John Acton, aged 38, joins Gresham House from Oaktree Capital Management ("Oaktree") where he was a Senior Vice President responsible for finance and operations in the European Principal team covering three private equity and two debt opportunity funds with combined assets under management of c. EUR5.5bn. Prior to joining Oaktree, Kevin was Director, Group Reporting and Valuations for 3i Group. Kevin qualified as a charted accountant in 2004 with Deloitte LLP where he worked with a number of private equity and asset management clients.
