SINGAPORE--Great Eastern Holdings Ltd. (G07.SG) Tuesday named Khor Hock Seng as its group chief executive.

Mr. Khor will start on Nov. 2, Great Eastern, the insurance unit of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. (O39.SG), said in a statement to Singapore Exchange. Mr. Khor was previously the chief of Aviva PLC (AV) in Asia.
