Grant of options
Networkers announces today that it granted 50,000 options on 12 October 2007 to
subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 31.5p to
Lord William Astor, a director of the Company.
The options are exercisable from the date of grant and may not in any event be
exercised later than the 10th anniversary of the date of grant.
