Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM: GHH), the specialist manufacturer of optical components and systems, announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2016 and Notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are today being posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on 22 February 2017 at the Company's head office, Dowlish Ford, Ilminster, Somerset TA19 0PF.
