Roanoke, VA-Based Acme Becomes Part of Electronic Systems, Inc.
TAMPA, Fla., June 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Imaging Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:GISX) announced today that it has acquired Acme Business Machines, headquartered in Roanoke, VA. The new addition sells and services Konica Minolta and Ricoh copiers and other office technology solutions. Acme, with annual revenues of approximately $2.8 million, will operate as a part of the company's Electronic Systems, Inc. (ESI).
