LOS ALTOS, Calif., Feb. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- In response
to comments by James Monroe, CEO of
Globalstar, Inc. (NYSE MKT: GSAT) disparaging Gerst Capital's
technical criticism of TLPS, Gerst Capital published an open letter
to CEO James Monroe.
This letter can be found in its entirety on Seeking Alpha.

This letter challenges Globalstar to address the following
points:
- Does Globalstar have evidence to support claims that TLPS works
for iPhone 6/6+ when Apple's own FCC filings indicate
otherwise?
- Why are smartphones with co-existence filters so glaringly
absent from all tests planned by Globalstar and Jarvinian?
- Did Globalstar or its partners remove the co-existence filter
from the Ruckus 7982 AP for any of its testing which is clearly
present in its test reports?
- Does the self-proclaimed "inventor of TLPS" have anything more
than one year of formal engineering education?
Globalstar has a history of making unsupported technical claims
as is evidenced by the record (see full letter for additional ex
parte quotes):
"The OTI and PK representatives mentioned their understanding
that Globalstar has repeatedly refused overtures by Wi-Fi
stakeholders to conduct cooperative and transparent
testing."
- Open Technology Institute, FCC Notice of Ex Parte 2/13/2015
"Sprint's predecessor indicated its concern with
the lack of technical information provided
in the Petition.... Sprint is still concerned about the lack of
technical specifications that have been provided on the
record."
- Sprint Corporation, FCC Notice of Ex Parte, 5/5/2014
"Globalstar has provided little useful information upon which
the impact of its proposed service could be assessed and that
there remain serious questions about how a TLPS would be managed
and controlled."
- Wi-Fi Alliance, FCC Notice of Ex Parte 11/3/2014
Gerst Capital invites Globalstar to discuss the technical merits
of TLPS in a public forum.
