BRUSSELS--Germany's finance minister said he isn't concerned about the financial health of Deutsche Bank AG (DB).

"Deutsche Bank has sufficient capital," Wolfgang Schaeuble told journalists in Brussels. "Deutsche Bank is a strong bank," he said.

The Frankfurt-based bank's stock has suffered in recent weeks amid a broader selloff in European banking shares.
