LONDON (Thomson Financial) - The UK's FTSE Group said Genus PLC will be
added to the FTSE-250 from the Smallcap index on Feb 6, replacing Burren Energy
PLC, which will be deleted from the list on that day.
The recommended 12.30 stg-per-share offer for Burren by Eni SpA unit Eni UK
Holding PLC was declared wholly unconditional today. Burren expects its shares
to be cancelled on Feb 29.
