Cambrian Mining plc ("Cambrian Mining" or "the Company")
General Meeting
London: 23 September 2008. Cambrian Mining announces that it will today send a notice to
shareholders convening a general meeting of
the Company ("GM") primarily to adopt new articles of association which reflect the provisions
of the Companies Act 2006.
The GM will be held on Tuesday 21 October 2008 at 11am at the offices of Trowers &
Hamlins, Sceptre Court, 40 Tower Hill, London EC3N
4DX.
