CHARLOTTE, N.C., (AP) - General Dynamics said Monday it received a U.S. Army
contract for rockets worth $166.4 million.
Under the agreement, General Dynamics will deliver 2.75-inch Hydra-70
rockets for the Army's Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command. The
agreement is part of a five-year contract signed in 2005 that has a potential
value of more than $900 million.
Shares of Falls Church, Va.-based General Dynamics Corp. fell 25 cent to
$85.41 in afternoon trading.
