General Counsel Bryan Adel Named Senior Vice President of Rewards
Network Inc.
CHICAGO, May 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rewards Network Inc. , one of the
nation's leading providers of credit card-based loyalty and rewards programs,
today announced the promotion of Bryan Adel to senior vice president. Adel
joined the company in 2003 as general counsel. He will continue to serve in
that capacity, overseeing governance and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance while
playing an integral role in shaping Rewards Network(SM)'s long-term growth
strategy.
Adel brings to Rewards Network the benefit of more than 15 years' experience in
corporate law and SEC compliance. He began his legal career in the Corporate
Department of McDermott, Will & Emery. He went on to join the Legal Department
of McDonald's Corporation, where his areas of specialization included corporate
finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, joint
ventures, marketing, e-commerce, franchise, privacy and international law.
