NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Genaera Corp. reported late Friday a
first-quarter net loss of $4.3 million, or 24 cents a share, compared with a net
loss of $4.2 million, or 24 cents a share, in the same period a year earlier.
The mean estimate of analysts polled by Thomson Reuters was for a loss of 23
cents a share for the period.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 rose to $1.3 million from last year's
207,000.
The Plymouth Meeting, Pa.-based biopharmaceutical company closed the regular
session at $1.47.
