("Gasco Acquisition"), its wholly-owned subsidiary, with and into Brek Energy Corporation (Pink Sheets: BREK) ("Brek"). Effective December 14, 2007, Gasco Acquisition has been merged with and into Brek, making Brek a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gasco.
