NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Gaiam Inc. reported late Monday
fourth-quarter earnings of $4.2 million, or 17 cents a share, compared with $4.3
million, or 16 cents a share, in the same period a year earlier.
There were 25.2 million shares outstanding in the latest quarter versus 27.2
million last year.
Revenue for the three months ended Dec. 31 rose to $81.8 million from $72.8
million a year ago.
The stock of the Broomfield, Colo.-based lifestyle media company closed the
regular session at $19.35.
