reminds unsecured bondholders that the extended deadline to qualify
for the "Early Acceptance Premium", which is equal to 5% of the
original face value, for exchanging Senior Notes maturing in 2017,
2020, 2022 and 2023 and Perpetual Notes (together, the "Old Notes")
for newly issued Secured Notes in its private Exchange Offers, is
Friday, May 27, 2016, at 5:00 p.m. New York
City time (6:00 p.m.
Brasilia time).
The premium of approximately 10% to 50% offered over current
market prices includes the Early Acceptance Premium of 5% of the
original face value for holders of the Old Notes.
The Secured Notes will be secured by a first priority security
interest in all spare parts owned by GOL, and, as a result,
structurally senior to all of GOL's existing and future unsecured
indebtedness. Holders of Old Notes not exchanging will not
get the benefit of the collateral, and holders of Old Notes who do
not participate in the Exchange Offers will be effectively
subordinated to the Secured Notes.
