MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - India's GMR Infrastructure Ltd. said the
Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport Investment Development and
Operations Inc. consortium is investing 250 million euros for the construction
and management of an international terminal at the Sabiha Gocken airport in
Istanbul.
In a regulatory filing, GMR Infra said it expects the 320,000-square-metre
international terminal at Sabiha Gokcen to be complete in 2010.
Hyderabad-based GMR Infrastructure and Turkey's Limak Holdings each have a
40 percent stake in the consortium, and Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad holds
the remaining 20 percent.
