LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Future Internet Technologies PLC said it has
changed its name to Artilium PLC with immediate effect, after the resolution was
passed at its EGM today.
The company completed the acquisition of Artilium NV in a reverse takeover
on Jan 8.
The company added that from tomorrow, it will trade under the ticker 'ARTA'
on the AIM.
