Further re Delisting
The Group's interim results released on 30 March 2009 contained details of the
Board's intention to seek a delisting from AIM of the Company's Ordinary Shares
together with certain related proposals.
The Company also stated that a circular containing further details of the
delisting and the related proposals together with a notice of General Meeting
would be posted to the Group's shareholders by 30 April 2009. The Company wishes
to inform its shareholders that the circular will now be posted to shareholders
during the week commencing 4 May 2009.
